SORVILLO
"Joshua AKA Joey Manischevitz"
Justin
Sorvillo has been acting since he was five years old. He began
his acting training at the Concord Youth Theatre and continued
at John Robert Powers Agency in Boston and at Boston Casting.
Justin competed in IMTA (International Modeling and Talent Association)
in New York City during the summer of 2003. He won 1st runner
in his age group for his sitcom performance and honorable mention
for his monologue performance. His film credits include “Mere
Formality”, a film by Shadow Pictures of Tribeca Film
Center in New York and “Maestro” starring Seth Myers
from Saturday Night Live. He auditioned for the remake of “The
Bad News Bears” and received a call back. In 2005 he starred
as Nicely, Nicely Johnson on stage in “Guys and Dolls”
which was performed by the ECMS Theatre Troupe in Sudbury, MA.
“Spaghetti & Matzoballs” is Justin’s first

PAUL BLUMENFELD
"Chaim Manischevitz"
Paul Blumenfeld
launched his acting career just after his 40th Birthday. Some
call it mid-life crisis. In the 18 months since, he has appeared
in several local and national television commercials as well
as independent feature films including, The Legend of Lucy Keyes
(Moody Street Pictures) and Anything for Love (Scat Cat Films).
Paul has also had appearances on ABC's "All My Children",
the pilot for the CBS drama "Numbers", and The Farrelly
Brother's "Fever Pitch".
After several auditions for Spaghetti
and Matzo Balls, he was finally awarded the role of Chaim
when he showed up at the director's home in full hassidic wardrobe.
Paul tapped into his Brooklyn, Jewish roots for this role. |

RACHAEL ROSNER
"Rebecca Manischevitz"
Rachael has appeared
in several New England area-produced films, including Fish and
Chips (That's My Cousin Productions) and My Last Self-Portrait
(Inspiration Pictures). Favorite theatre credits include Lady
Cynthia Muldoon in The Real Inspector Hound, Srs. Robert Anne,
Leo and Amnesia in Nunsense, Polly Peachum in The ThreePenny
Opera, Prudie Cupp in Pump Boys and Dinettes, First Lady in
The Magic Flute, and Loretta (Torano) Black in Tony 'n Tina's
Wedding. Rachael has toured both the New England and mid-Atlantic
regions with children's theatre companies, most recently appearing
in Boston-area schools with Historical Perspectives for Children
in a one-woman show about Helen Keller. She also has a Ph.D.
in psychology, which has proven very useful on the sets of both
stage and screen.

BRIAN QUINT
"The Mohel"
Brian Quint is an on-camera, stage
and voiceover actor, looking to work hard for you. In addition
to TV commercials and industrial videos, some of his diverse
film work, seen in festivals from coast to coast, includes
the lead role, as a loser dating a blow-up doll, in the award-winning,
Keatonesque, silent short, Latex, the Movie (Midnight Chimes
Productions), a crazed circumsizer in the 35mm comedy Spaghetti
and Matzo Balls (Maven Productions/Yankee Classic Pictures),
and a stuck-in-the-basement alien in Tug of War of the Worlds
(Roscoe Productions).
Brian's stage work also demonstrates
his acting range. From Ibsen to Friel, Samuel Beckett to Howard
Barker, Steve Martin to Neil Simon, Brian's intense work-ethic
and powerful performances have paid off for theatres and audiences
